Swan Court - Each morning, Swan Court offers a lavish breakfast buffet, along with an extensive menu of a la carte selections. The restaurant offers baked goods, fresh fruit, cheese, cereal and juices and hot entrees. Hours are 6:30am to 11am daily.
Cascades Grille & Sushi Bar - Open air steak and seafood garden restaurant and cocktail lounge overlooking the ocean. Sushi bar available during dinner. Sandwiches, steak, and seafood are also served. Dress code is casual.
Drums of the Pacific Luau - From the opening sound of the conch and the beating of the drums through the spectacular dances and elaborate buffet, Drums of the Pacific Lu'au will enchant and entertain your entire family. A journey through the islands of Polynesia and authentic dances and music of Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, Rarotonga and Hawaii. Feast on a lavish all-you-can-eat luau buffet featuring Hawaiian and Continental specialties under the stars.
Japengo - A sophisticated dining destination, Japengo draws on Hawaii's freshest, locally-grown products coupled with exotic ingredients from Pacific Rim countries. Take a culinary adventure showcasing modern Asian-inspired flavors with Hawaiian flair. Located lobby level, guests can enjoy Japengo’s indoor and outdoor patio seating overlooking the resort’s waterfalls and famed Ka’anapali Beach or watch as creative sushi is rolled to order in the chic Sushi Lounge. Hours are 5:30pm to 10pm (dinner) and 5:30pm to 11pm (lounge).
Son'z Maui At Swan Court - Known for their "classic cuisine for the next generation," the talented chefs of Son'z creatively pair fresh local fish, chops, lobster and steaks with locally grown produce to give them a contemporary flair. Their extensive wine cellar, the largest in the state, offers the perfect wine to complement your dinner selection. Dinner hours are 5pm to 10pm (Sunday through Thursday) and 5pm to 10:30pm (Friday and Saturday). Bar hours are 5pm to midnight nightly.
Umalu - This chic poolside venue showcases modern Hawaiian cuisine, available for full lunch and dinner service, or through a more casual grab-and-go option. As you dine on indigenous island flavors or sip a creative specialty cocktail, you'll enjoy stunning views of the ocean, as well as Lana'i and Molokai islands. Hours are 11am to 9:30pm (dining), 4pm to 6pm (bar happy hour) and 6pm to 8pm (live entertainment daily).
Halona Kai - This delightful coffee bar serves up one of Maui's best ocean views along with 100% Kona coffee, Hawaiian blends and flavored coffees. Choose your favorite wake-up beverage including lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, and frappuccinos. Grab one of the freshly baked giant cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, oversized muffins, fresh fruits or assorted juices to take along on your exciting day. Hours are 6am to 11am daily.
Cascades Bar & Lounge - Sip a satisfying cocktail or a refreshing tropical drink while enjoying the picturesque setting high atop the waterfalls.
